SUNDAY 

Bfast– field of greens omcake (cookbook)

Am Snack–  Sherri Graham’s fp pumpkin pie muffin

Lunch-

Egg Salad ( chopped  eggs, mayo and seasonings ) on a bed of greens

Pm Snack-

Peanut Butter Candy

Dinner:

Chuck Roast seasoned with tsp onion powder, tsp garlic powder, dash of nutritional yeast, salt and pepper to taste

served with cauliflower rice ( you can make it or buy it in the freezer section at the grocery store)

Salad with Nanas little kitchen homemade ranch dressing

MONDAY DEEP S

DEEP S lunch Big Mac Salad without the cheese for FC

TUESDAY E

E Breakfast Overnight Oats

E snack Bam Cake from the book

E lunch Egg white salad( chopped egg whites with seasonings and zero greek yogurt)on sprouted toast

E snack Apple on toast with zero Greek yogurt and tsp peanut butter

E Jam chicken and baked sweet potatoes with zero fat greek yogurt

E snack 18 calorie brownie Ingredients 3/4 cup o greek yogurt and 1/4 cup almond milk 1/2 cup Cocoa powder 1/2 cup oat fiber (or quaker oats adding a slightly higher calorie and carb count) 1/2 cup Truvia (or any natural/stevia based sweetener that pours like sugar) 1 egg use egg whites 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 pinch salt Directions Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a square baking dish (I used 8″x8″). Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and blend until smooth (about 1 minute). Pour into the prepared dish and bake for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting into 9 large squares.

E Dinner Melt in your mouth chickenDarcie’s Dishes Zesty Black Bean Casserole I am making the vegetarian version for my daughter and having the melt in your mouth chicken for the rest of the family. You however, could jut make the recipe as directed and not add the melt in your mouth chicken.
