I have been playing with my strawberry Sauce in several recipes incluing chocolates. YUM!
It goes well on so many things like cheesecake , biscuits, bread, muffins peanut butter wraps and chicken …and it is a FP!
So here we go easy breezy strawberry chicken just in time for Valentines Day. Here is the beauty on its own it is a fuel pull. This means you can pair it with your fancy cheesecake or chocolate and not end up with a crossover. Remember a crossover is NOT off plan, it is just not recommended while you are still trying to lose weight.
Anyway let’s keep this in fp mode for our first example add some cauli rice and FP Brownies with tummy tucking ice cream maybe even with a little extra strawberry syrup on top. :o)
For an E Set on a bed of brown rice and serve with copy cat apple tart
For an S Ad to mashed fauxtatoes and strawberry cheesecake
So here we go … on to the easy breezy recipe.
Take 2-3 boneless skinless chicken Breast Cut into chucnks( or suer easy version leave whole)
1-1/2 cups strawberry sauce
Cook in crockpot on high 4 hours or on low 8 hours serve as above for your version of E,S or FP.
