Simple Easy and delicious .

This recipe is taking everyday ingredients like hamburger and green beans an making it deliciously different and fun.

I personally prefer grass fed organic meat and dairy when my budget allows.. If it is not available for you or your budget, use what you have available  within  your budget.  You will still be fully on plan and this recipe will still be full Of fun cheesey goodness.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef

(organic grass fed preferred,  but use what fits your budget) 

  • 3 cans green beans drained
  • 1 -8 oz . Package cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup whipping or heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon  Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

 

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Spray 9×12 baking dish with coconut oil.
  • Season ground beef with 1/2 spices and brown in trying pan.
  • Drain grease from Meat and add to 9×12 baking dish along with green beans.
  • Mix cream cheese,  cream,  milk in mixer and slowly add in egg seasonings, Parmesan and half of mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.  (Reserving remaining  to top casserole .)
  • When fully mixed pour over meat and beans in baking dish .
  • Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 350 for 25- 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly melted and golden .

THM S Low Carb Coffee Creamer Dairy/Sugar Free

First you need to make sweet condensed milk below

Then add a cap full of extract of your choice and whisk (or froth in) I use my handy dandy frother Ozeri OZMF2 Deluxe Stainless Steel Milk Frother and 12-Ounce Frothing Pitcher with Extra Whisk Attachment, Silver for this Voila … delicious coffee creamer!

1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons powdered swerve

3 tablespoons butter (3 tablespoon coconut oil mixed with 1/2 tsp butter extract for vegetarian)

1/3 cup heavy cream( omit if you have dairy restrictions)

1 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional) Recipe Here

1/4 tsp xanthan gum

Method 1 Whisk all ingredients except vanilla together in heavy bottomed pot on stove making sure to dissolve the swerve and xanthan gum. When steam rises transfer to crock pot.

Stir about every 10-15 minutes to prevent burning at about the 3 hour mark the condensed milk shoul be reduced in half from the original amount.

Stir in vanilla ( optional) and pour into clean glass jar and store in refrigerator.

Method 2

Whisk all ingredients except vanilla together directly in the crock pot turned on to high temperature making sure to dissolve the swerve and xanthan gum.

Stir about every 10-15 minutes to prevent burning at about the 3 hour mark the condensed milk shoul be reduced in half from the original amount.

Stir in vanilla ( optional) and pour into clean glass jar and store in refrigerator.

*Note I did not add vanilla but did stir in 4 squirts of skinny girls stevia for added sweetener layer.

It is AWESOME! This recipe made 3 pint size canning jars. 1 went in my fridge and 2 went into the freezer.
