I will also be doing this the 6 days a week the first four weeks of our challenge Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred30 day shred from Jillian micheals it is a quick under 30 minute work out and under $10 investment.

I will be doing this Ripped in 30 Ripped in 30

6 days a week for the last 4 weeks of our challenge. Again a quick workout under 30 minutes and minimal investment. After the challenge I will keep and rotate the workouts and who knows maybe add new ones.

New Year New You the Trim Healthy Mama Way

Did you go overboard during the Holidays?

Did you have too many crossovers? too many Heavy s meals?

Did you go off plan?

Did you do the unthinkable and derail completely?

Me too! It is okay the world will not come to an end!

Holidays are fast and furious and some times as well as we intend to plan ahead we are not ready for that unexpected call to a coffee and Holiday treat to catch up with a friend .

Lets face it relationships are the most important thing! It is hard not to get wrapped up in the warm fuzzy feeling of Christmas memories which come with tastes and flavors . Family favorite recipes and traditions are near and dear our hearts and tummies. How do you shy away from the smiling look on the face of Mom, while she waits for you to sample a bite of her famous pie?   Well honestly it was good, wasn’t it?  🙂

Okay.. so here we are ….lets get back on track, but not beat our bodies up!

Take an inventory of your pantry and fridge and freezer.
Make a menu plan with items you have on hand to help you get back on track. Don’t throw out all your food ! (also don’t eat 3 bags of hersheys mini chocolate bars or all the leftover pumpkin pie.)

You can make these items from the cook book subbing white turkey meat for chicken breast and dark meat for thighs or other chicken in the recipes.
