Cake filling

Butterfly wings cake from trim healthy mama cookbook Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook or other sugar free low carb cake cut into cubes.

Cream cheese filling:

  • 12 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy whip cream
  • 2 doonks stevia
 Mix well set aside

Whip cream filling:

Mix well and Set Aside

Strawberry Syrup:

1 batch strawberry syrup use only 3 cups of water


Grab your trifle Bowl if you have one. This  is on my wish list !

or your Large Glass  4-Quart Glass Mixing Bowl Like I have and start layering.

Start with the cubed Cake

Next Strawberry Sauce

then add the Cream cheese filling


Keep Layering until you run out of filling or room in your bowl .

Save room to top with the whipped Cream Mixture.

Optional Add Sliced Strawberries for garnish.

That is it! Ready to impress for your 4th of July!

Pizza Bites Low Carb


There here!  Low Carb  Sugar free Pizza Rolls…. And the Happy Dance begins!!!

If you are doing Trim Healthy Mama These are an S fuel .

Happy teens and mom’s everywhere are going to  love these easy to make and take Healthy Pizza Rolls!
This is teen movie night , potluck size, or put a few in the freezer size.
Feel  free to cut the recipe in half if you like.
Or freeze for a quick treat.
We never have any leftovers!!! Every potluck they get gobbled up quickly.





  1. Preheat oven to 350 for
  2. Grease mini muffin tin with coconut oil or spray with coconut oil
  3. Whisk the dry ingredients and add to eggs ,
  4. Stir in remains ingredients. (cheese and tomato sauce)
  5. Drop by rounded spoonful into 48 mini  muffin wells. (2 mini muffin pans)
  6. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Enjoy low carb pizza rolls!
