Low Carb Bread in a bread machine THM FP

I was so excited to be gifted this lovely Bread Machine!

Pre – THM there are a million an one things I would be making in this bad boy!

hmm.. Low carb and Bread machine. Will this work?

Recipe number one is Brianas Basic Bread

I followed Brianas recipe adding the wet ingredients first and then the dry ingredients and ADDED 1 TBSP Vital Wheat Gluten  on top. I scraped the sides with a spatula when it first started mixing to ensure all the ingredients were blended in an let the bread machine do its thing on whole wheat bread setting. I let it cool about 5 minutes. Removed it from the Pan and sliced it.

It started out in this bread keeper which my son bought for me for Christmas which is also on sale for about half price
Prep Solutions by Progressive Adjustable Bread Keeper! How perfect! He didn’t even know about the Bread maker gift!

I may put mine in the fridge for now. I may freeze some depending on how quickly I use it.

The only change I would make is that I may reduce the baking powder by 1/2 tsp on my next loaf.
