Simple THM friendly Low Carb Buttermilk

Ingredients

• 1 pint heavy or whipping Cream
• 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Method

1. Pour Cream into a canning jar and a vinegar.
2. Shake well and allow to sit 15-20 minutes.
3. The cream will start to curdle.

It is that simple. You can now use this for your buttermilk biscuits, pancakes or fried chicken (Fried chicken is the way that I use it the most.)
