8 week Challenge Guidelines

Ladies we all know that all bodies are different and at different stages in life and in healing. If you only have 20 pounds to lose total you may not lose as much or as quickly as someone who has 50, or 100 pounds to lose.

I am convinced if you really follow and commit to the plan and the exercise you will see results!!! I am shooting for 20 plus!

1. Weigh in and write down weight and measurements The group will change to private once we start on October 10
2. Make a commitment to give it your all this 8 weeks. I’m excite to see how things progress for us all!
3. Check in for meals and snacks Daily on the Daily Post for what is on your plate today
4. Check in for exercise on the daily post. We have to get moving to lose weight. Let’s commit to 5 days a week. If you are not currently exercising walking is a good start. If you are exercising let’s step it up a notch and ditch this weight.
5. Eat Every 3 hours
6. Make a “safe food” for when you are hungry in between meals or need to eat . Mine is homemade sugar-free jello, and home-made marshmallows try to make your safe food a fuel pull
7. Add Greens to your meals I am adding greens at EVERY Meal
8. Keep to a normal Portion Size and fill the rest of your plate with fuel pulls as outlined in the Plan book.
9. Add those Trim Healthy mama Sippers Especially GGMS and the Shrinker
10. Try to switch up your fuels, if you do not follow the menu concentrating on fuel pulls mainly for snacks.
11. For fun Post this as your profile picture so your friends can get behind you an encourage your progress
